We often talk about what entrepreneurs should do to be successful.
But what they ‘should not’ do is as important, if not more.
Here is what a smart entrepreneur doesn’t do as soon as they are past the solo founder and being chief of everything phase.
1/ Fulfilling orders
2/ Day-to-day operations
3/ Sleeping less than 7-8 hours
4/ Making payments or doing payroll
5/ Writing client reports and making proposals
6/ Fill every hour in a day with work and meetings
7/ Dealing with vendors or writing notes for freelancers
8/ Ignoring their well-being for the sake of faster growth
9/ Anything that can be deleted, automated, or delegated
10/ Keeping their calendar open and letting others guide their schedule
Do you do any of these things?
