We are all born naked with no clothes on.

So, when we look at someone’s who looks good because of how fit they are.

Or someone who is a great public speaker,

Or someone who looks great on video,

Or an amazing cook,

Or a top developer,

Or a supremely talented writer,

we should look at the ridiculous effort they have put into their craft, whatever they are good at. And, also account for sweat, tears and emotional effort that goes into becoming a genius.

If we have any dreams of becoming like that we should be willing to put in a similar physical, mental and emotional effort. This approach works great for anyone prone to envy or someone who is ambitious and wants to attain great heights.
