There are people who are super cool online. People flock to them. 

These same people are uncool in real life.

Not everyone is like that, but many people.

Then there are people who are the opposite. They may be uncool online but they are super cool in real life. The kind of people you want to be with.

If you don’t have the kind of following online that some other folks have then know what you are in real life matters more than your online persona. 

And, if you need to work on something then work first on who you are in real life before you get to fixing the online bit.

Agreed online bit matters it today’s world, and how you look on LinkedIn or your social media can make an impact on your professional success but that should not be at the cost of real-life you.
