It’s been more than 1,300 days since I started creating content daily.
Early when I started my daily creation journey, I forced myself to show up.
Since it became a habit, I no longer have to do that.
The creators and people, who struggle to show up daily, think it is time management or consistency problem.
But at the core, it is a ‘not knowing your why’ problem.
Because when one knows ‘why,’ time management or consistency stops being a problem.
Then it is just a matter of forming a habit and reaching a point where it is almost effortless.
Of course, there are inertia and situations where life comes in the way, but with why figured out, one finds a way to get over those.
Are you tuned into the story of Beeple, one of the top-selling NFT creators?
His NFT, which sold for $69M in 2021, was a collage of 5000 digital images created over 5000 days.
He started creating in 2007 and didn’t miss a single day until that point. He continues to make digital art daily.
Check out this mini-documentary where he talks about how he even created digital art on his wedding day and when he became a father.
I don’t think he would have been able to do that without a strong reason.
The lesson here is to find your why and roll with it.
