Don’t wait long before doing hard things. It will make you anxious and create undue fear in your mind. This anxiety and fear can stop you in your tracks, even before you take action. So act fast, despite fear and anxiety, as soon as you can. Sooner the better.

Detach yourself from the outcome. Identify an action that is critical to your access. Then do it every day. Go for deliberate practice and get better at it every day.

Think of all that can go wrong and why what you are trying to do may not work. Then work to remove all those roadblocks and tweak your approach to avoid all such scenarios that you thought of.

Get someone who has been on the same path and succeeded to help you. This will multiply your chances of success.

With this approach, you’ll be able to do hard things that you didn’t think you could do.
