Less Chronos, More Kairos

The quality of time (Kairos) spent on different things is more important than the amount of time (Chronos) we spend.

This is true for work, health, relationships, and everything else we do, like learning.

When you do it for work, you get more done in 3 hours than you’d otherwise do in 8 hours.

When applied to relationships, you create stronger bonds.

When you apply it to health, you spend less time on fitness and get better results.

One simple rule to put this into practice is to give your best energy to whatever you do.

So don’t do anything when tired, avoid multitasking, and give 100% attention to whatever you do.

This will help you get value from what you do instead of just checking an item off a list.
