We often get into analysis and paralysis, and don’t take action
Because we want to change a lot, too soon.
Then we realize that to change a lot, we need massive action.
This stops us in our tracks, because the tasks at hand look formidable, almost impossible.
But to change we don’t need massive action, we just need a small shift.
Shift to change a sepeciofic habit,
And once you pick a good habits.
It lifts you up, and different parts of your life.
Because how you do one thing, is how you do everything.
So stop worrying about taking massive action and go for a small shift and over time you’ll be big changes happening.
