Being a founder can be frustrating.
A big founder frustration is that employees or in some cases co-founders do not care as much as them.
This frustration is unrealistic because no one can love a baby more than her mother and no one can love your baby (startup) like you do.
When you hire employees look for superstars but not someone who will care as much as you do, because no one will.
Same is true for co-founders.
Bring employees and co-founders onboard for their skills and talent and don’t burden them later with expectation of caring like you do.
This will save a lot of heartburn and mental energy on both sides.
