A Lesser Known Approach to Growth

Not sure if many of us know how valuable creating time for random exploration and experiments is.

Even those who know it can help don’t rate it high enough.

All said and done; it is a powerful strategy for growth.

I took one year between 2018 and 2019 to explore randomly without specific goals.

I just followed my curiosities and noticed where it took me.

Doing this gave me one of my biggest wins of the past 3-4 years professionally.

It also allowed me to kickstart a few habits that have been transformative in my evolution.

I went all out, but you don’t have to do that.

Even keeping aside half a day or 2 hours a week will give you value.

Give it a shot.
