Customers Want Their Problems Solved by a Name That They Know and Trust

All customers want/need their problems solved.

Whoever is better at solving customer problems will keep the customer longer.

But they don’t want any random brand or person to solve their problems.

They want someone they know, like, and trust.

So to stand out in any market, focus on two things:

1/ Solving customer problems better than anyone or as good as anyone else

2/ Getting known for a good reason. Aim to be known better and wider than anyone else. If nobody knows about you, it does not matter how good you are.
