How to Have Highly Productive Mornings

Start with getting under the Sun first thing in the morning.

If you get up super early in the morning after attending nature’s call, then take a bath to kickstart the system and spend time under the sun as soon as there is light outside.

Nourish yourself by eating a light breakfast.

Get into whatever is most important to you in the long term. Don’t spend fresh morning energy on the urgent. Instead, act on your big goals first thing in the morning.

Once you are done with the above for 1-3 hours, invest time into other high ROI activities like reading, journaling, spending time with your loved ones, learning, and self-growth.

Ideally, you should be done with the above before lunch.

Of course, you can finish early if you have a day and want to grow outside it. In that case, you’ll have to get up super early, around 5 am, and get done above by 8:30 am. Sleeping early is super important for someone like that.

Are you happy with your morning routine? If not, what would you like to change about it?
