Especially in the beginning because even in a full Life, we get limited attempts.
Imagine living to be 100 years old, or 80 years old, whatever looks realistic to you depending on where you are at the moment.
How many active years do you have in you?
Next, see how many attempts you can make at being successful or creating something impactful.
1 good attempt every quarter, for the next 10 years.
1 good attempt every six months, for a decade after that.
1 good attempt every year, for another decade.
See how many attempts you got in 30 years?
Total 70 attempts.
I am not sure if you can be this consistent but even if you do, you’ve got limited chances.
That’s why we shouldn’t waste chances, because we get a lot fewer chances than we think.
Also, it is worth remembering that life is predictable.
So, it makes sense to make small bets before the big ones, to get into the habit of winning.
