Minimum Effort, Maximum Impact

There are some areas where we need to invest a lot of time and effort,

Good if that area is the core of what you build your life around.

For everything else, apply the Minimum Effort, Maximum Impact rule.

Choose a workout or a habit that takes less effort and time to keep you lean and healthy.

Choose work where your impact or output is not linked to hours worked.

Choose activities where your enjoyment is not proportional to the money you spend.

To use it to your advantage, understand the foundational component for everything.

For example, how well we chew food is a foundational component of good health, and if we chew food properly, it takes care of everything about basic fitness.

Find out the foundational components for other areas of your life, and put the minimum effort, maximum impact approach to use.
