Make Action Your Default Response

Worrying takes so much mental energy. 

We’ll save so much of this energy if we stop worrying about a task.

Because it is much worse than the task itself.

So don’t overthink or worry too much.

Just act.

Whether it is making that phone call.

Sending out that cold email.

Writing that book.

Launching a startup.

Publishing a video.

So don’t wait or overthink. Just do it.

Because the longer you wait, the higher the chances you won’t do it.

That’s the only way to grow and move forward.
