You feel self-confident when you trust your abilities, qualities, and judgment. It is important to your health and psychological well-being. It also impacts your personal and professional life in a positive way.
There are a lot of ways that you can use to become self-confident. I am sharing some of them here.
Show up. For what you believe in. Do it consistently. By doing it you become more comfortable with who you are, and that improves your self con
Allow yourself to be average for a while. Do it as you fall and get up and learn something new, and come out on the other side as a new person.
Eat the frog first thing in the morning. So, complete a difficult task first thing in the morning when your energy, motivation and focus are high. This gives you a sense of accomplishment and belief in yourself. You can then use your confidence to overcome personal challenges.
Practice self-compassion. Forgive yourself when you make mistakes. Everyone does. Believe that you’ll try again and get it right. And before next try to get help.
Get help. From those who have done it before. This will allow you to avoid pitfalls and succeed faster. Another big confidence booster.
Take action. You can not build your confidence by sitting idle. So take action on what you plan to, and make your dream true. This works because when you bring a vision to life, your confidence skyrockets.
