Work close to someone who is doing the same thing.

Either get a job.

Or pay someone a coach or a guide to teach it to you.

Understand the small parts that make the whole.

Take time to learn each small part.

Try it on your own when no one is watching.

When you get good at it, do it for real.

Now teach it to others.

And solidify your learning to a level where you cannot forget what you learned.
