Helping others is a good thing to do.
It also makes for a rich life.
There is great pleasure and satisfaction in seeing those you’ve helped thrive because of what you said or did.
It is an intelligent thing to do also.
One of my favorite people, Zig Ziglar, once said:
You can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want.
Ok, you see the point and want to help others but don’t have the experience you think you need to help others.
Here is the truth!
To help others, you don’t have to have decades of experience and accumulated knowledge.
You can be months ahead of others and share what you know, what’s working for you, and pitfalls to avoid and help others.
This might help them more than someone ten years ahead of them who has no clue what’s going on in their lives.
And sometimes, helping others is not about sharing and advising. It can be just being there for someone. Think you can do that?
