Happy or Sad — Choose Yourself

We make our own reality in our heads.

One can be happy or sad for the same life they have now.

The only difference – how they perceive it and resulting self talk.

If their self-talk empowers them, they’ll feel happy. 

If it makes them feel inferior or helpless they’ll feel sad.

Our self talk is guided by our genes and also by what we feed our mind on an ongoing basis.

So we can impact our state of happiness by choosing good thoughts, good company and an empowering environment.
