Like a sea anchor helps to stabilize the ship and to limit its progress through the water, habit anchor helps us stabilize ourselves in a similar fashion.
Good habit anchor gives you a sense of movement, avoid feeling on stagnation and makes you feel good about yourself.
They are the ‘right’ in your life, amidst what may be wrong.
For close to one year now, daily writing and publishing have been my anchor.
A couple of years back workout was my habit anchor.
I practice my anchor habits even on the days when I travel or do anything else.
They keep me in play and being in play is what matters.
