  6. Help those who reach out, with ideas.
  7. Win new business.
  8. Deliver more than you promised. 
  9. Be reliable and trustworthy during and after you work. Always do what you say you will do.
  10. Be creative, share ideas that open the eyes of people. You don’t need to be super smart about it. Show up, go deep in one discipline and think of how you can do things better and differently. Often you’ll get creative ideas just by showing up. This will get more people to share what you do.
