• The one you have
• The one you can use often
• The one that allows you to do what you need to do

It does not matter if it’s,

• Old
• Clunky
• Less fashionable

If it works and gets the job done, it is good.

I am not against investing in tools. On the contrary, I’d say buy the best ones you can afford, which last you long.

There is no point in changing your tools every time a new model comes, just to impress other folks or tell yourself that you are in tune with the times.

Instead, invest that money into learning as we get out of tune with times without it.
