Being a Pro

To be a pro at something, you can’t just love what is exciting and shiny.

You must also love the grind and working in the trenches.

Because you get to experience shiny parts and see results when you do the work.

Once you have this understanding, you’ll shine without worrying about shining.

If you are further along in your journey, you may not be doing everything yourself, but you must understand and love the parts that create the result.

So don’t only love giving speeches, but become a master of your craft.

Don’t just write the book. Promote it too.

Don’t just make promises. Keep them too.
