Learning is a proxy for growth.

If you learn fast, you also grow fast.

There are two ways to accelerate learning.

One, get someone to teach you, how they did it.

Two, take the path of trial and error and make mistakes as soon as you can.  

For best results, combine both.

During your trial and error, get a mentor to tell you what you did wrong.

Then go fix that.

Works that way for coding.

Writing.

Building a business.

Learning any other new skill.

For high-risk projects, have a mentor or two by your side to reduce the downside.
