If you did something right once, will you do it right again?
But you can be more sure about it based on how often you do the thing in question.
It is a mix of skills and behavior. But behavior is the more important variable here.
Because consistent practice is a behavioral thing.
If you get in the habit of doing something then you will find it simple to get better at it.
