Reflection Helps

There is peace in reflection.

Studies are done like the one by K. F. Osterman deduce that reflection improves a professional skill. Other studies share how expressive writing improves health.

Reflection helps anytime, but especially when one can’t do anything else.

Like the times, when we are experiencing chaos in life, feeling anxious knowing well that we can’t do much.

Reflection as a routine helps because there is always something going on, small or big.

You can just sit and reflect or write into a journal about what you are feeling, what you are anxious about and why you are experiencing what you are experiencing.

Over time, you’ll find value in this special relationship you’ll develop with your inner being and in the process, you may also come up with interesting ideas that you can use elsewhere. But that’s just a bonus.
