If Anything Sucks, Stop Doing It

It’s important, especially where you are trading time for an outcome.

You don’t have to seek permission to stop.

Whether it is running a soul-sucking business.

Working in a dead-end job.

Or reading a book you don’t like.

How do you know something is not worth spending time on?

Take a break, and come back to it and if you still don’t like it then you should definitely quit it.

For things that make up a big part of your life, like a job or a business, take a longish break for 2-3 weeks to see if your dislike is just because of fatigue or boredom or something you really don’t like.

Now, do an audit of your actions and choose things you should stop doing or take a break from.
