Having a Morning Routine Works – But Not If It Is Someone Else’s Routine

You must have seen millionaire and billionaire routines while reading or watching videos.

All promising that your life will change if you follow that routine.

The only problem is that these routines take anywhere from 90 minutes to 3-4 hours.

When we try to follow these routines, we often spend a lot of creative time when we are full of energy following the routines.

It appears that these routines are to be followed by people who do nothing else apart from the routine.

The truth is morning routines are helpful, but instead of blindly following someone else’s routine, it is best to follow a routine that works for you and your situation.

If you have to start work at 9 am and want to do some creative work for 1-2 hours, then you can’t follow an elaborate morning routine.

For most people, a morning routine that takes between 15-40 minutes and consists of quiet time, movement, and cleansing will work well.

Modify it as per your situation, so you spend more time on actual work than the morning routine.
