Three Steps to Doing What Matters

Figure out what matters to you.

It sounds simple but isn’t.

If it was – there won’t be a large part of society spending time in jobs they hate, to buy stuff they don’t have time to use.

Convert what matters into manageable action items.

Something that you can do most days, in a way that you are able to see progress.

Schedule time to complete those actions items.

And prfioritize taking care of your own self before anything else, when you start scheduling time.

Because your body is the vehicle through which you undertake all the journeys in life.
