And design everything for the best performance.
For example, for intellectual projects you need:
– Right environment
– Cognitive abilities
– Right behaviour
– Right tools
– Physical strength
– And mental strength
Now work on each of these separately to get them to work the best for you.
You don’t have to work on all of these at the same time.
Fine tune each one by one, and give time depending on how much time you’ll take it.
Something like resetting the environment will take a shorter time, then say building physical or mental strength.
And some things like mediation or eating nutritious food will help both the mental and physical strengths.
Most important, don’t try to do it all by yourself. Seek out experts in each field and get done with it faster and in the right way.
