I quit drinking tea in 2014.
I tried multiple times before I could finally quit it for good.
The same goes for many good habits I have adopted, like daily writing and meditation.
It took me many attempts to make these part of my routine.
If something is important to you, don’t quit it after failing at it once or twice.
You may look like a fool for trying it multiple times but get past this fear.
A simple way to go past it is to accept that what you are going to do may not work and think, what if it works?
So look at the potential upside more than the potential downside.
And you’ll be more likely to do it.
Give it a shot.
