What we think we become.
All that we are is the result of our thoughts.
Thought is the unit of our being.
If we refine our thoughts we can refine our being.
We can define who we are.
So pay attention to what you are thinking.
Because thought by thought, moment by moment you are creating your own reality with your thoughts.
How Thoughts Affect Our Reality?
When we pay attention to our thoughts, we start to engage with them.
Aand, when we engage with a particular thought. we feel the emotions triggered by that thought.
With these new emotions, triggered by a new thought, we enter a new emotional state.
That state can be uplifting or pull us down.
That is why it is important that we pay attention to the thoughts that lift us and also why meditation is so powerful.
Because meditation trains our brain to look at a thought objectively before we engage with it. And if we learn to engage with only a particular kind of thought, we gain power.
For example, if you engage with a thought that pulls you down, it will affect your emotional state. That in turn will affect your physical state.
Similarly thoughts that trigger a positive emotional state makes us upbeat and confident.
How you feel physically has an effect on your energy levels and what you are able to get out of a day. And days make our life.
So, if you are like most of us who spend very little time reflecting on the way you think then it’s time to think about thinking.
