A big myth is that you can’t build a following of smart people if you don’t have a ton of experience or if you are not very smart.
Debunking that today because it is not true.
You can start from scratch without experience or learning in a particular field and still do it. Here is how.
Start by documenting what you are learning and share with those who are at the same stage as you are. Many of these people, your friends, colleagues, people who are part of your personal and professional network, won’t be sharing what you are learning. Over time, you’ll accumulate learning and experience, and both you and your audience would have become smarter than you were at the beginning of the journey. In the process, you would have built a community of smart people, who follow you.
At that point, other smart people who are already experienced would start relating to what you say and become part of your growing tribe. Now, it will be faster than before you already have the base.
If you are wondering what’s all the fuss about building a tribe of smart audience.
The biggest reason to attempt this is that it pushes you directly or indirectly, to learn and grow, which increases your value in the market.
And, if at any point you want to turn your knowledge into money, you will find many takers for it and a ready network that can spread the word.
Those two should be reasons enough to attempt it. Hope you’ll give it a shot.
