We all have had days where we can’t do anything at all because there is no fuel left inside us.
It does not have to be like that.
Here is what you can do to be energetic through your days.
Fuel your body. Give it clean food, not too much though. Enough rest, and nature’s nourishment.
Fuel your purpose. Ask yourself, if what you are after drives you. If it does not, leave it and pick something that does. When what you do gives you a sense of purpose, it is easy to feel motivated and energetic.
Don’t overcommit. Especially to yourself. Understand your capacity and stay within so that when it is needed you can hit it out of the park.
Don’t waste energy getting started. Have to write a blog, write the first line, or outline, and keep it ready for the next day. Have a meeting scheduled, complete your notes a day prior.
Get in the state of flow. Do it by walking, free journaling, meditating, and whatever gets you in a state of flow.
Give your mind a break. Take a nap, or take deep breaths between tasks.
Reduce your options. To avoid decision fatigue. That’s why Mark Zuckerberg always wears a grey t-shirt and hoodie.
Hope these help you increase your energy levels.
