Entrepreneurs are ambitious people.
They want their businesses to do great.
So, when they see the advice that waking up at 5 am is the way to do it because many successful people have done it in the past, they try getting up early.
Most fail. Not for a lack of will but because it is not easy with the modern lifestyles. To get up consistently at 5 am one needs to make a lot of lifestyle changes and miss out on things they are used to. It is tough.
Health is super important but if you are in good health then it does not matter if you start your workday at 9 or 11 am instead of 7 or 8 am.
It takes around 5 years to build a startup to a level where it is profitable enough and can run with less time investment from the entrepreneur.
Once you are in that position, then try being disciplined and get in 5 or 7 am club whichever works for you.
For now, don’t worry about what time you get up or sleep but worry about what you do when you are awake.
