1. Silence. I love to spend the first hour of the day in silence. It works excellent for centering.
2. Movement. 15-45 minutes in the morning.
3. Work on something that will bring cash in. This includes work on assets and with people to generate near-term cash flow.
4. Work on something that will safeguard my future. This includes learning and reading.
5. Spending time with those who matter. This happens around meal times usually.
6. Mindful eating. I eat slowly, consciously, and without any media. This is something I have done for a long time.
7. Seven-eight hours of sleep. I want to rebuild a habit of not fighting sleep and sleep earlier than I do now.
