Start planning the week ahead on a Friday.
You don’t have to spend a lot of time, a few minutes are okay.
Just review what is already scheduled and what you’d like to accomplish in the new week.
This is the time when you think of your priorities.
And some things may not go as you planned and you’ll notice somechanes in your schedules.
So sit back again for 5 minutes on Tuesday afternoon to tweak your plan accordingly.
This way you’ll always have clarity on what’s to come and a good sense of control over what you want to do in a particular week and the midweek review will tell you if you need to push something to the next week.
