Say YES to living life.
Do less of everything else and more of what makes you come alive.
This is what my writing, this site and my life is about.
The guy you see in the picture on left, it’s me.
I run MetaDoor.
MetaDoor is a mash-up of businesses serving individuals and enterprises; along with a healthy mix of community driven projects.
I am an entrepreneur with the soul of an artist.
Right now, focus is my tech driven education start-up built on the power of video. We will use a hybrid model (online/physical) to engage and share.
This is my life’s biggest project, and I am committed to invest next 6 years towards it. Intent is to touch a billion lives – one by one – and drive positive change.
You get the idea. I am working on connecting the world – not like Facebook though.
“Human salvation lies in the hands of the creatively maladjusted.” Martin Luther King Jr.
Let us move ahead and we will see.

So much about entrepreneurship, let us get back to life.
Good thoughts. Good words. Good deeds. <3
I grew up wanting a lot from life and not knowing how to achieve what I want. Things have improved a little bit now.
I believe in running on a parallel path and try to practice what I preach. That is why,
- i went to film school,
- learnt to spin music (became a DJ),
- continue working on becoming a better writer,
- started my 1st startup as a teenager
The idea is not to brag about what all I do or did. The idea is to share that it is possible to live your dreams.
I am interested in learning about how ideas spread, low cost marketing, ultra growth strategies for brands, spirituality, how psychology affects action, how workplace and surroundings affects a person’s growth, spirituality, books of all sorts (currently exploring Hemingway, Aldous Huxley and Anne Lamott).
“Half of what I say is meaningless, but I say it so that the other half may reach you.” - Kahlil Gibran in ”Sand and Foam” (1926).
Khalil Gibran’s writings have also shaped how I look at life. Most people who have been exposed to his work – think he lived in a different age – may be around 13 or 14th century or earlier. Truth is, he walked on planet earth till first half of last century (He lived till 1931 in New York).
I have also reignited my interest in Yog (people call it Yoga) and I am happy about it. I am sure there are other interests as well but these are ones that are top of mind as I write this. (Updated September 5, 2012)
I am always up for a quick chat, especially with the readers of this blog. So if you want to help me or need help, or just want to say hello, feel free to write to me.

I brought BarCamp to Mumbai back in 2006.
One of the 1st 100 Indians on Twitter – I don’t have gazillions of followers like people who joined much later. Still I hold the bragging right
