If you don’t work on them for money.

I have written earlier about why passion projects, and why they are so powerful.

They can turn into big money spinners if you allow yourself to go deep.

You can only go deep on something that does not seem like work to you.

So, the first thing to do, if you want to take this path, is to follow your interests and find out what you like so much that you want to go deep on your own will.

And when you go deeper than anyone else on something, you come up new ways and new ideas that people have never heard before.

And in the process, you create big value for a lot of people, and for yourself.
