When there is momentum in a startup, everything else falls in line.
Because when there is momentum, you are busy and focused.
Without it, you are anxious and fearful.
How can you build momentum?
By selling, and by getting good people onboard to serve those you are selling to.
If you are building software, then you’ll need a product people want, before you can get traction.
So, find what people want by talking to them, this way you’ll not have the fear of building something that people don’t want.
If you have momentum you reach from an idea to a product or service that people for. And when people start paying you, there are no doubts that what you are doing is working.
Now, you just need to focus on growth, while improving your processes and what you are selling.
Happy building and happy growing!
