Let Go of Titles

This more for what is inside the head than what you tell the world.

You may have started as a marketer.

But you may also be a copywriter, project manager, saleswoman, and coach now.

And your work will want you to don a different hat at different times. And, some of those times may involve other people. For their sake tell them whatever title is relevant is as per the context.

Other than that, just focus on adding value, doing what needs to be done, and what you feel like.

This way you’ll never be bored, and will avoid inflated pride because of all titles you carry in your head.
