Train Your Habit Muscle

For big success you can have only one goal.

Because to succeed first and then to succeed big you need to optimize for what you want.

And that only happens when you let go of other goals.

In the book “One thing”, the author talks about spending 4 hours on your one thing every day.

That is practical advice.

If you did that you’ll see yourself improving pretty fast.

Are you too pressed for time? Start with 15 minutes a day on one goal.

It is about training your habit muscle.

Much like when you start saving and don’t have much to save, and start with 1% of what you earn.

Once you train your saving muscle it is just a matter of increasing the percentage every month.

Over time benefit accrue much bigger than you thought was possible.

It works the same way for anything you want to make part of your life.
