Hi there, welcome to my website. I thought it is a good idea to personally greet you on your visit here. I am happy that you are here – this is for both – my dear readers, friends and well-wishers and also to search bots (are your listening fellas). As you may know by now my name is Mohit Pawar. I work with brands and digital media based out of New Delhi, India. In my spare time, I pen my thoughts; organize open-source technology conferences and devote my energies to the cause of entrepreneurship.

All my life I have been passionate about the concept of personal development. I strive to improve day by day.

My learning on the path of personal development though has been a conscious choice but has been event-driven and not planned. The idea of writing this blog is to record the learning that has accrued through my experiences. Hope you will find value in what I write here.

I have always been an entrepreneur at heart, having started my first enterprise at the age of 16. That incidentally was a coaching/ mentoring entity. It set the tone of things to come. And here I am, communicating  and sharing thought nuggets with you. I am also working on my first book.
